 Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your personal training session with us. However, we do have a cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking outside of the 24-hour period, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within the 24-hour period, you will receive a 50% refund. It may take up to 3-5 business days to process your refund. To cancel your booking and request a refund, simply get in touch with our customer support team via phone or email. Please note that there will be no extra cost for rescheduling unless it is done within 24 hours of the session. In such cases, a new invoice will be sent for the rescheduled session. We kindly request ample notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, as short notice changes or cancellations make it difficult for us to accommodate another client. We appreciate your support and value your feedback to continually improve our services.

Thank you for choosing our personal training business. Before you begin using our services, please read these terms of service carefully. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.


  1. Personal Training Services We offer personal training services to individuals who wish to improve their physical fitness. Our services include one-on-one training, group training, virtual training, and nutrition coaching.
  2. Payment and Refunds All payments for our services are due at the time of booking. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a 50% charge of the session fee will be applied.
  3. Scheduling and Cancellations You may schedule personal training sessions by contacting us directly. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you fail to show up for a scheduled session or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
  4. Medical Conditions It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in physical activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, may be at risk of injury due to a medical condition.
  5. Liability Waiver You acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks of injury. By using our services, you waive and release us from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation in our services.
  6. Confidentiality We will maintain the confidentiality of any personal information you provide to us, including your health history and fitness goals. We will not disclose this information to any third party without your express consent.
  7. Code of Conduct We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or violates our code of conduct.
  8. Termination of Services We reserve the right to terminate our services to you at any time for any reason. If we terminate our services to you, you will be entitled to a refund for any unused sessions.
  9. Governing Law These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is located.
  10. Modification of Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
